So all season it's been pretty ridiculous to assume that Owen or Sophia could keep up with or catch up to Tom, let alone Mobius or Sylvie catch up to Loki.
But now we get this big gap in an episode. We follow Sylvie in the elevator while Loki outruns it up who knows how many floors of staircase. And when we come upon Loki once again he is not out of breath, perfectly silent, and doesn't even seem to need to work out the fact that he needs to prune himself quickly (I'm sure his looking out at the lights shutting down was a very indication, but).
My question is, did something else happen on the stairs that we haven't seen yet?

What the hell is Sylvie doing there?! How did she even know where to go to find Timely?! And, how did she even know what Renslayer and Miss Minutes were planning to do with Timely? Was it because of what Loki said about variants of He Who Remains and now she's gonna be hunting down every variant? What ever happened to enjoying her new life working at McDonald's? I feel like I'm missing some scenes here.
Also, I'm getting so sick and tired of Sylvie blaming Loki for everything. Accusing him of weaponizing Timely, blaming him for ruining her life, and even blaming him for Timely getting away. Like, oh my freaking god, NOT EVERYTHING IS HIS FAULT!!! And, people think they'd make a great couple? No. Not when you have scenes like this.
*sigh* Sorry for the rant, I'm just really annoyed with this character and how she's treating Loki.

Sylvie is such a hypocrite, I swear. I hate Sylvie so much, I'm not watching season 2 but everything Sylvie says to Loki is her accusing him of things he didn't do, and then she goes on to do the things she accused Loki of, she is the most poorly written female character I've ever seen, I don't think Eric Martin doesn't even have a clue on writing aa female character same with Mike Waldron. I also hate how the show constantly antagonizes Loki, like last time I checked Thanos has done way worse of crimes than Loki, not to mention they absolutely got the New York situation completely wrong, Loki was controlled by thanos using the mind stone on him, and thanos tortured him as well, it's comfirmed by marvel themeselves but they keep forgetting it. I also hate how the series keeps calling Loki a Narcissist, Loki was never a Narcissist, he care about many people around him. Sorry for venting, but I'm sick of the unnecessary loki slander and mean-spiritedness towards him, it makes my heart hurt every day on how marvel is treating Loki
Oh my god, same. Like, what is with this show and its treatment with their supposed main character? Season one was bad with how he was treated, and while he's using his magic more in this season, Sylvie is still constantly insulting him and blaming him for everything. Even though it's HER FAULT!
I don't understand why the show doesn't have her see that she screwed up nor have her apologize to Loki, but it could be that the writers want her to be in the right, when she's in the wrong.
And, that's the thing! It was confirmed that Loki was influenced with the Mind stone. Even Fiege confirmed it. But for some reason, this show doesn't mention it at all!
Plus, if you think about it, the Loki we knew and followed since the first Thor movie is dead. This is just a variant who's supposed to be post-Avengers Loki, but different for some reason.
Funny how in the latest episode of that show Sylvie was able to create a huge green wave of magic all by herself whereas in the episode before Larry had needed her help to do it.
Basically Larry is completely helpless without her, but she's just fine and dandy on her own.
Would love to see the "Sylvie isn't a Mary Sue" crowd explain that.

Is it really a shock that in season 2 she's even more abusive?
you've stripped him of so many of his qualities that it's no longer "he would not say that". it's "who the fuck even is that guy"
I still think that if Marvel wanted a "Loki learns to accept and love himself through his variants " then it should've been with a proud Jotun version of himself. Like, if they wanted Loki to learn how to value himself, then make him talk and bond with a Loki who's already accepted the thing that led Loki to a path of deep self hatred in the first place.

From what I'm hearing about season 2 she's all angry and stuff at him now. But critics only saw the first 4 episodes. I'm willing to bet something will happen in episode 5 that will "open up her eyes" and make her realize her wuv for him (as fucked up and abusive as it is) is more important than her feelings of "betrayal" (what betrayal? The part where Loki dared to stand up for himself or when he *gasped* proved he was thinking of other people and not some immature brat's revenge?) and the series will end with them Living Happily Ever After.
Maybe I'm wrong. Kinda hope so. I kind of hope Loki ends up with no love interest because he doesn't need one. Course the show sucks even without the romance...the abusive selfcest is just the tip of the iceberg.
They have toned down the love elements so far (thank the gods) and thankfully they are making other characters point out how weird the badly written romance is/was
But with Miss Minutes literally being in love with her dad and almost forcing a variant of him to make her a body so that they could be together......I am scared about what might happen
